What is a cloud server?
A cloud server is a virtual server with its own operating system, its own IP address and a fixed allocation of CPU cores, RAM and storage, carved out of a cluster of enterprise hardware. You get full root or Administrator access, exactly as on a physical server, without buying or maintaining the hardware yourself.
How much does a cloud server cost?
Plans start at ₹3,995 a month for 4 cores, 16 GB RAM, 100 GB SSD and 5 TB of monthly bandwidth. The largest standard plan is ₹9,245 a month for 6 cores, 64 GB RAM and 500 GB SSD. Linux is free; a Windows Server licence adds ₹1,500 a month. Prices exclude GST.
Is the cloud server managed?
Yes. Every cloud server is fully managed: our engineers look after operating system updates, security patching, monitoring and troubleshooting, and you still get full root or Administrator access.
What is the difference between a cloud server and a VPS?
Both are virtual servers. Every cloud server starts at 4 reserved cores and 16 GB RAM and is fully managed, whereas VPS plans start much smaller and come managed or unmanaged. A cloud server is the step up when a busy site, database or business application needs more headroom.
What is the difference between a cloud server and a dedicated server?
A dedicated server is an entire physical machine, suited to very large databases and workloads that need all of a server. A cloud server gives you a reserved slice of enterprise hardware at a lower monthly price, which is enough for most growing websites and applications.
Which operating systems can I run?
AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu and Debian at no charge, or Windows Server 2025, 2022 or 2019 for ₹1,500 a month. If you need something else, send us the ISO and we will mount it and give you console access to install it.
Where are the cloud servers located?
In data centres in Mumbai and Delhi NCR. Hosting in India keeps latency low for Indian visitors and keeps your data inside the country.
Can I add more RAM or storage later?
Yes. You can move up to a larger plan, or add RAM and storage to your current server from ₹500 a month. See the add-on prices on this page.
Do I get a dedicated IP address?
Yes, one dedicated IPv4 address is included with every cloud server. Additional IPs cost ₹250 a month each.
Are backups included?
Backups are a paid add-on, using Acronis or Comet, so you only pay for the retention you need. We set up the schedule for you.
How many websites can I host on one cloud server?
There is no limit on domains. The practical limit is the CPU, RAM and storage in your plan — when your sites need more, move to a larger plan rather than overload the server.

Yes. Our engineers move your files, databases, email and DNS records at no charge, with no limit on the number of sites, and let you check everything before you switch over.
